Hawaiian has a Building Supervisor appointed to liaise with tenants on a daily basis. This role is a liaison point between tenants and the broader Hawaiian team. Our Building Supervisior is able to effectively take details from tenants and management and ensure efficient handling of requests and instructions.

As part of a commitment to ongoing enhancements and efficiencies, each year Hawaiian undertakes a research exercise to gather feedback from tenants. This research aims to identify ways and means to improve the management team’s activities for each building. This information is actively utilised in planning the ongoing management strategies for the building.
